Please note that QGrants is a web-based application, so may not work on all mobile devices. If you are applying for a voucher on a mobile device, and are having difficulty, you may wish to apply on a PC or laptop. The Technical Issues Guide may help.

The distribution of Get Started vouchers is managed using an online system called QGrants. Parents, guardians and carers must register for a QGrants account before applying for a voucher. You can create a QGrants account at any time.
Eligible children and young people that received a voucher in 2013 are eligible to apply for a voucher in 2014. However, if a child received a voucher in round 3 they will not be eligible for another voucher until round 5, 2015.
